- পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি ও মূল্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করা হয়।
- LineshopBD যে কোনো সময় পণ্যের দাম, অফার ও প্রাপ্যতা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
- সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (৳) তে প্রদর্শিত হয়।
- আমরা যেকোনো মূল্য বা টাইপোগ্রাফিক (বানানজনিত) ত্রুটি সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
🔹 ৪. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
- অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
- পেমেন্ট করা যাবে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে।
- কোনো সন্দেহজনক বা ভুয়া অর্ডার বাতিল করার সম্পূর্ণ অধিকার LineshopBD-এর রয়েছে।
🔹 ৫. ডেলিভারি নীতি
- ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা পণ্যের অবস্থান ও স্টকের উপর নির্ভর করে।
- কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, আবহাওয়া বা অন্যান্য অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য LineshopBD দায়ী নয়।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ অর্ডারের সময় জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
🔹 ৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি
প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।
পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে, ও ইনভয়েসসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের পণ্য, নষ্টযোগ্য পণ্য বা ডিজিটাল পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকার আদালতের একক এখতিয়ার থাকবে।
